What we do
younthe is a remote-first recruitment company and job board. We connect inclusive employers with queer and trans talent and handle the hiring end to end — sourcing, screening and warm introductions — so good people meet good roles without filing down their edges to fit.
Why we exist
Too many people still spend the interview quietly deciding how much of themselves to hide. We built younthe so they don't have to. Every employer on the board has signed our inclusion standard, and every role lists its pay in public — no guessing, no “competitive salary”.
How it works
Candidates browse openings and apply in minutes — a phone number and a few honest lines beat a cover letter. Employers post roles with a real, public pay range and a commitment to hire the whole person. We sit in the middle and make the match.
