By using younthe (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who we are

younthe is a remote-first recruitment company and job board operated from 110 W 59th St, New York, NY 10019, United States.

Using the Service

You may browse roles and submit applications. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service lawfully, and not to misuse it or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

Applications

When you apply to a role, you ask us to share your application with the employer behind that role. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by younthe, and we don't guarantee any response, interview or offer.

For employers

Employers agree to post accurate roles with a genuine pay range and to honour our inclusion standard. Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions and for complying with applicable employment law.

Content & intellectual property

The Service, including its design and content, belongs to younthe or its licensors. You keep the rights to what you submit, but grant us permission to use it to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, younthe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or decisions of employers or candidates.

Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. We'll post changes here and update the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
